A word from our General Manager

“As specialists in high-end property development and construction in the mountains, we guarantee the excellence of our constructions, an uncompromising specification for a lasting investment.” Alexia Dantigny –Managing Director

  • Mastery of the building land

Purchasing the building land is a highly selective process. Every site meets a strict and demanding specification: unique and exceptional locations (views – orientations), highly luxurious features, immediate proximity to the amenities, peace and quiet, privacy and security, growth potential, durability. Every apartment can be laid out to meet your needs and wishes to provide you with the property of your dreams.

  • Respect for the mountain code

Respectful of the resort’s history, we involve the owners of building land in each development project development. Transparency also plays an integral role in drawing up our economic assessments with both the owners of the building land and the future property owners: from adherence to the construction cost per m² of habitable space, to the sale price, from the monitoring of the design to the delivery of a chalet or an apartment.

Résidence les Grands Chalets des Pistes
  • Compliance with the regulations and respect for the environment

Constructions in harmony with their immediate surroundings and which comply with all the regulations in terms of thermic and phonic insulation, earthquake resistance and low energy consumption. Furthermore, regulations limiting density and paying particular attention to views and neighbouring infrastructures also guarantee a respect for the codes of mountain architecture.

  • The most innovative construction techniques

The visible planes of the solid old timber represent the authentic style of the Méribel valley. The technique of using prefabricated double skinned walls and slabs in poured, reinforced concrete provides exceptional solidity. The use of partition walls 130mm thick (as opposed to the more usual 74 mm) and slabs poured in one piece without gaps ensures real thermal and sound insulation. Every construction benefits from unique thermal insulation by means of the Sarking method (insulation on the outside).

    Lighting and decoration
  • A craftsperson’s savoir-faire which respects the mountain codes

The spirit of our developments combines sophistication and elegance with art of living French-style. Designer finishes which combine personalisation with the savoir-faire of the best craftspersons. Classic materials such as stone, triply timber, braided leather, glass and ironwork, exteriors adorned with panelling in old timber, facings in natural stone from glacier moraines, roofing in Luzerne stones form a modern and cosy decor.
