As a restaurateur who has developed expertise through eight establishments, my professional and family life is rooted in Nice.

My family and I are enthusiastic regulars at the Auron ski resort, less than an hour and a half from our home. The slopes are of exceptional quality, making the ski area a real gem, enhanced by major recent investments in ski lifts and snow cannons.
